2. Booking & Payment
- Services must be booked in advance through our official channels (phone, email, or WhatsApp).
- Full or partial payment (based on agreement) is required to confirm the booking.
- All transactions are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store payment information.
3. Service Availability
- All logistics and delivery bookings are subject to operational availability and capacity.
- We may cancel or reschedule services due to weather, customs clearance, or other logistical issues.
- Our services are available in specified regions outlined on our website or as agreed upon.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and content type.
- Proper packaging and labeling of goods are the responsibility of the sender unless agreed otherwise.
- Ensure availability for pickup and delivery at scheduled times.
5. Delivery Commitments
We strive to meet delivery timelines; however, delays due to traffic, customs, or force majeure events may occur. We will communicate any delay as soon as possible.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
7. Liability
- MPP Global Solution is not liable for delays caused by customs, regulatory authorities, or incorrect client information.
- Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or as per insurance terms (if purchased).
- We are not responsible for prohibited or undeclared items in shipments.
